The Most 9 Adorable Ways You Can Make Your Husband Blush

Tell your man "I love you" in oh so many ways and spark up the flame with these 9 simple gestures that will be sure to make him blush: Here are 9 ways to make him blush. 1. When you're in a big crowd, whisper something sweet in his ear. He won't see it coming, and his cheeks will be sure to turn a shade of pink. Say something genuine- flirty or heartfelt. You could whisper how handsome he's looking that evening, how you want to sneak off away from the crowd to kiss his face, or how you noticed that kind thing he did when he thought no one was looking. Or, simply say I love you in his ear and squeeze the paunchy part of his bicep. The cheeks will burn (happily) for sure. 2.Post-it with a kiss
Buy a handsome stack of post-it-notes, put on your brightest red lipstick, and you'll be nearly set. Write a bunch of post-it-sized compliments, encouragements, flirty phrases and heartfelt thank-yous, and then sign your name with a kiss. Stick the notes anywhere and ever…

Lost and Found: EFCC Traces $20bn Missing Excess Crude Oil cash to Jonathan's Campaign

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has traced the diversion of the substantial part of the missing $20billion oil cash to the 2015 electioneering campaign of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor Sanusi Lamido Sanusi (now Emir of Kano Muhammadu Sanusi II) raised the alarm that there was an estimated $20bn shortfall in oil revenues due to the treasury from the state oil company which might have been spent illegally. The EFCC latest discovery is said to be part of the ongoing "comprehensive" probe of a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke. A source close to the investigator, said: "We have tracked a substantial part of the missing $20billion about which the f…

Sharp or Mumu: Danladi steals specimen naira notes!

Its with astonishment that I read the news of one security guard, Vatsama Danladi, who was yesterday arraigned before Justice M. M. Kolo of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court, Wuse Zone 2, Abuja on a four-count charge bordering on theft, illegal possession and use of specimen naira currency notes.
Danladi, a security guard with Kings Guard Security attached to Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), ran into legal trouble when one of the new generation banks found 299 pieces of N1,000 notes marked "specimen" amounting to N299,000 during a process of cash count sometime in January. Danladi deposited the specimen currency notes into his account through ATM deposit machines at Karu and Mararaba branches.
Danladi,am sure thought he was smart, by avoiding using the banking all for deposit, and indeed it exposed the inability of the machines to detect fake currency as it accepted a specimen note. Danladi must have thought "who cares about specimen notes at CBN, its just…

Unique Nigerian style: Keep quiet until disaster happens

The fate of the girl child in Nigeria is in fact very disheartening. This is because, from childhood through to adulthood, she is considered inferior to her male counterpart; to whom she must also remain, at all times, subservient and even ‘sheepishly’ obedient. Thus, while in other climes an offender might get punished for intimidating, beating or emotionally traumatizing a woman, such treatments must lead to either loss of life or permanent bodily harm before it makes news in Nigeria. This lukewarm attitude to the ill-treatment of women largely perceived as “socially acceptable” and “a family matter” rather than a criminal offence, has only further fuelled the menace as a result, instances are grossly under reported, poorly documented and hardly investigated—at least until a major disaster happens.
While it is appropriate to commend the efforts of law enforcement agencies, non-governmental organizations-NGOs, and of course donor agencies at combating man’s injustice to mankind in th…

The Effect of the NLC strike in Lagos, NIgeria

Lagos State is the commercial centre of the country, and if the Labour Union strike is to be taken seriously, there has to be a copious effect of "their" resolve in Lagos, if not, it's just a child's play. As an individual I do not support this strike, I work in the private sector and everyday business counts. I believe the Labour Union has to find other alternatives to pushing their goals. I haven't had the opportunity to listen to the argument canvassed by Labour (out of lack of interest #wink), and thus my opinion would be subject to debate, but in my world that's law. I came across the Labour Union around the Ikeja High Court sometime around 2pm yesterday, and it was obvious from the reaction of by-passers and entrepreneurs at the area that Labour does not have their support . People hurried them off the road, asking them to move their vehicles quickly, as they were already causing traffic on the small road leading to the state police command. The Labour…

Olisa Metuh Vomits on his way to Court.

The drama continues as spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Olisa Metuh appeared in court today. Metuh had been scheduled to appear before Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court in Abuja for the continuation of his trial for money laundering. However, the matter was stalled as by an online newspaper, The Cable, the PDP spokesperson vomited repeatedly on his way to court ...but no dollar was found in it. It quoted a source as saying his condition was serious.
Counsel to Chief Metuh, Emeka Etiaba, told the court that the PDP spokesperson was ill and sought the adjournment of the trial. Consequently, the judge adjourned the case to May 23.
It's a wonder how healthy rich men and women suddenly fall sick and contact chronic disease upon the slightest prosecution for fraud or corruption. There are plethora of cases in support of this. Dasuki said he was ill 6moths ago & needed to fly abroad which wasn't allowed, well, the good news is that he is still bo…
